Customers are responsible for reviewing all product selections, including sizes, colors, names, dates, and personalization details, before placing an order.

Once production has started, orders generally cannot be modified or canceled.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where permitted by applicable law.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.

Payments are processed through payment providers available through our Shopify store. We do not directly store complete credit card information.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order was received but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Customers may request cancellation within 2 hours of placing an order.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once production has begun.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund for the canceled items.

Because many items are made to order, production times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and seasonal demand.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
